Specialist motor manufacturer Caterham Cars has chosen the parish of thurlaston for its Midlands showroom.
The Caterham 7 may look like a classic car, but technically it outshines current performance cars.
Four body styles are available with engines between 1.4 and 1.8 litre (105bhp to 230bhp). This, combined with the light weight of the cars, gives a performance, at its best, of 0 - 60 mph in 4.6 seconds.
Prices for the basic car range from £12,950 for a 1.4 ltr to self-build to £23,950 for a factory built 230 bhp 1.8 ltr Xpower.
